Based in the beautiful East Lothian and 30 minutes from Edinburgh, I am an Executive Coach who believes in harnessing your authenticity to be more intentional and resilient as a leader.
I coach clients in wonderful blue and green spaces across Scotland and Northumberland. I also offer remote coaching (worldwide) where we partner with our own natural environment, joined together over a voice call.

Walking coaching in a green space, on the beach or sat on a bench looking at a beautiful scene all offer fantastic opportunities for understanding our place in the natural landscape and opening up our thinking to consider problem solving in a more creative way.
I have a deep curiosity for a client’s inner world and this is best explored in a natural environment, away from their desk and work area where there is space for them to be themselves, own their strengths and challenges and replenish their executive function (problem solving, planning, reasoning, attention and memory).
