Wilding Women 25th September 2026

Where the noise drops, the clarity rises…

Friday 25th September 2026, Hampstead Heath, London. BOOK YOUR PLACE: shehasnolimits.com/wilding-women

INTO THE WILD TO CONNECT WITH YOURSELF

You are more than your job title, your inbox, or the pace you keep.

Somewhere between the meetings and the to-do list, it's easy to lose sight of who's actually choosing — and who you are beyond the role.

Wilding Women is a half-day, nature-based coaching experience for women who lead — teams, organisations, families, or themselves. Through guided coaching, walking on Hampstead Heath and mindful movement, you'll reconnect with your clearest thinking, your steadiest self, and a community of women who understand exactly what that takes.

No emails. No notifications. No performance. Just nature, movement, meaningful conversation and the space to breathe.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The day unfolds like this:

9:30am — Welcome and coffee at Sourdough Sophia, Highgate

We begin gently. Coffee, connection, and a warm welcome before we step onto the Heath.

9:50am — Onto Hampstead Heath

Within minutes of leaving the café, we stop at our first spot. Grounding, gratitude and an opening movement practice with Ali to settle the body and quiet the mind.

10:15am — Walking and coaching begins

Georgie introduces the arc of the day — the questions you'll carry, the structure of the walk, how we'll work together. Then we move. Point to point, in pairs and groups, with exercises woven through the landscape.

12:00pm — Midday debrief and lunch

We stop, share, eat and reflect. A natural pause in the day where the morning's thinking can settle.

12:45pm — Second arc of the day

Deeper exercises on the walk back. More space for the questions that have surfaced.

1:45pm — Closing practice

Ali leads a grounding, breathing and integration practice. Amanda holds the closing circle — a round of appreciation and intention before we return to the world.

2:00pm — Finish

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

  • A calmer, clearer mind

  • Fresh perspective on the decisions in front of you

  • A commitment or intention you've tested through your body, not just your head

  • Language and tools to keep the thinking moving after the day

  • Connection with a community of women who lead and reflect

  • Energy — not depletion

Because sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Women who lead — teams, organisations, families or themselves.

Women at a crossroads, in a transition, or simply aware that something is quietly ready to shift. Whether you are a founder, a senior leader, someone returning to work, or a woman who hasn't had space to think in too long — you belong here.

We define leadership broadly. Many women don't recognise how powerfully they lead in their personal lives. You don't need a title to come.

Your power was never something you had to earn.

YOUR FACILITATORS

Georgie Dunn — Walking coach and nature facilitator. Georgie designs the arc of the day, the questions you carry, and the thinking frameworks that bring it all home. She has coached hundreds of women through transitions, decisions and the moments when clarity feels most out of reach.

Ali Masterman — Expert yoga instructor and somatic movement practitioner. Ali holds the body-based intelligence of the day — grounding, releasing and integrating through mindful movement in nature.

Amanda Davie — Community anchor and closing facilitator. Amanda holds the circle, the appreciation round and the sense of what each woman carries forward.

FAQ SECTION

What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes you can walk and move in. Layers — we'll be outside all morning. Footwear you can easily remove, as you may be invited to take your shoes off on the grass. Water and a packed lunch or snacks for midday.

What is a plodcast?
Georgie's signature coaching tool — a walking prompt that gives you something to think through as you move. You'll receive yours in your pre-event briefing.

What if I can only stay until lunchtime?
There is a natural pause at 12:30pm for anyone who needs to leave after the morning session. Please let us know at booking.

Is it suitable if I'm not a regular yoga practitioner?
Completely. The movement with Ali is gentle, grounding and accessible to all bodies and all levels. You don't need any experience.

What if the weather is bad?
We go out in most weather — the Heath is beautiful in all conditions and there is something powerful about being outside regardless. We will communicate any adjustments in advance.

Ready to reconnect with yourself?

Spaces are intentionally limited. If you've been waiting for permission to slow down — this is your invitation.
